Konover Construction Corporation greatly values its relationships with subcontractors and vendors.  This resource area is designed to provide subcontractors with important information and documents necessary to work on our projects. The information provided here will help streamline administration of subcontracts and purchase orders and give subcontractors and vendors convenient access to information regarding their project accounts. We intend to provide continuing improvements to this section of our website, so check back often.

Invoice information and project forms are available via the portal.  Invoices prior to November 2006 will not display in the SubPortal.  If you do not see your project forms contact SubPortal@konoverconstruction.com

Are You Prequalified?
All subcontractors are required to complete a Subcontractor Prequalification Form as a condition of working on Konover projects. Click here to fill out our Prequalification Form.
